Training & Support

To help you realize the full potential of your new magnetic pulse (MP) or electro-hydraulic (EH) systems, we offer a range of support services.

From on-site installation to off-site training, these provide a fascinating insight into the underlying science and principles of our technology, as well as the practical side of system operation and product design.

On-site installations

All equipment installations are carried out by our experienced Bmax-specialist technicians. A typical, straightforward installation of a stand-alone system takes one full day. Additional third-party equipment can also be integrated on-site.

 

During installation, Bmax encourages involvement and support from you and your staff as we find this significantly reduces the learning curve involved with any new system. We also provide full pre-installation documentation to make sure this stage goes as smoothly as possible.

Training

Bmax provides comprehensive training at our facility in Toulouse, France. Training programs range from one to four days and can either be generic or customized per process, material or product. Training sessions usually include theory, core technology and hands-on sessions. Special attention is given to system operation and application development to facilitate the customer with maximal independence.

 

Customers and partners are welcome to participate in all stages of the process to gain an understanding of the science, ruling parameters, operation and maintenance of Bmax systems.

Pre-testing

All systems undergo rigorous pre-testing at our Toulouse facility prior to shipping. Customers are invited to be present during this process.

Maintenance and support

Our goal is to ensure your Bmax system is used to its maximum potential, and meets its production capacity to your satisfaction.

 

We provide full documentation relating to the operation and the maintenance of the system upon installation. Support and maintenance, either on-site or remotely, are available to all our customers and partners at all times.
